Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship across India on prepaid orders.

Shipping Charges:

• ₹20 flat shipping across India

• 2 or more packs: FREE shipping anywhere in India

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Kerala. We use reliable courier partners based on destination and serviceability.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available so you can follow your shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery to certain locations may be unavailable or may take longer depending on courier serviceability. If we are unable to ship to your location, we may cancel the order and issue a refund of the amount paid.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, phone number, and other contact information are correct when placing your order. Delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Failed Delivery Attempt:

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier service may reattempt delivery or return the package to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged and Lost Shipment:

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at koskohfarms@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Cancellations and Returns:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
