Cancellation and Refund

At Koskoh, we take care to ensure that our products are carefully packed and reach you in good condition. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before placing an order.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at koskohfarms@gmail.com with your order details.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

• If Koskoh is unable to fulfil or ship your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund of the amount paid.

Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except where:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.

• The product received is different from what was ordered.

• The product is expired at the time of delivery.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at koskohfarms@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

Please do not return the product unless instructed to do so by Koskoh.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Products: Products that have been opened, used, consumed, or damaged after delivery are generally not eligible for return or refund unless the issue relates to a product defect or another problem that existed at the time of delivery.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund results from an error by Koskoh or a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product.
